The exhibition will be open daily 2-6PM from Saturday March 7th to Sunday March 15th
thereafter by appointment
The paintings featurs flowers, stars, beams of light, and heads formed as if of rock and clay. Company of Clay combines them with recent ceramic sculptures: a series of heads, human, animal, and in-between, inhabiting a territory that is formal, theatrical and humorous.
Susanna Jacobs works in drawing, painting, print, animation, and sculpture, and is a member of Highgate Ceramics Collective.
A graduate of the Slade School of Art, Susanna was a prize-winner at the 21 Days of Drawing masterclass led by Antonia Saura and Antonio Lopez Garcia at the Fondazione Antonio Ratti, Como.
Susanna has exhibited at London School of Economics, University of North London, Austrian Cultural Forum, Gruzelier Modern and Contemporary Art, DOMOBAAL Gallery, and EXHIBIT Gallery at Golden Lane, amongst others, and her work is included in the Ben Uri Collection.
