Join the chef & cookbook author at Shan Shui for an 8-course set menu with a limited-edition dish and a Moutai cocktail for Lunar New Year.

To celebrate the launch our new Dish & Tell Tastemaker series, chef and author Justin Tsang is hosting a Supper Club at Shan Shui to mark Lunar New Year. The one-day-only dining event will feature a curated set menu with 8 courses, including a bespoke dish created by Justin that will remain on the Shan Shui menu for a limited time only. The evening will also feature a cocktail from the bold and complex flavours of Moutai.

Sichuan Mala Wontons
Prawn filled dumplings served with a spicy Sichuan sauce

Prawn Herb Glass Noodle Salad
King prawns tossed in a medley of fresh vegetables, glass noodles and ponzu sauce

Seabass Truffle Ponzu Crudo
Cured seabass with a tangy truffle ponzu sauce topped with rainbow trout eggs

Cantonese Roast Duck
2-day dry-aged Irish duck marinated in a traditional Cantonese recipe and roasted

Hong Kong Braised Beef Brisket
Beef brisket slow-braised with daikon in a five-spiced sauce

Lemongrass Chicken with Herb Salad
Chicken marinated in oyster sauce and lemongrass, grilled. Topped with a herb salad and fish sauce chicken bone reduction

Braised Mushroom with Homemade Tofu
Homemade Tofu served with succulent rehydrated shiitake mushrooms

Mango Pomelo Sago
Diced mango, pomelo and sago served in a creamy milk concoction
