Wood fired Pizza, Ciabatta & Focaccia at the Forge House Bakery

Come and join us for a lunchtime class to learn how to make authentic pizza using simple ingredients and clever, easy techniques.
You will learn skills to mix, knead and shape a dough as well as cooking pizza on our outside wood burning pizza oven . Mariella will also show you techniques to use at home, so a pizza oven is not essential. You will be able to enjoy your pizza in the garden (weather permitting!) as well as taking dough with you to cook at home.
We will also bake the same pizza using a domestic oven ad show you how to shape and cook Focaccia and Ciabatta.
