I purchased cashmere scarves for gifts. There are so various kinds to choose from. It was hard to decide but staffs(especially Fang) were not hesitant to help me. And I thought I left my phone in the shop and when I went to find my phone, all the staff were helpful(only to find my phone in my shopping bag) Thank you again.

I was traveling with my mom and happened to come across this store. I don't speak English very well, the lovely staff was so nice and recommended several scarves for me to wear. I will leave with good memories of Oxford :)) Thank you so much!

Bought a scarf here, staff was extremely helpful showing me the various scarf types and modeling how to wear them for a scarf novice like me. Scarfs are expensive but definitely worth it. Would return again for any future scarf needs.

Honestly one of my favourite shops in the world. I love tweed (and cashmere) and kiltane's jackets for women are the best I've yet tried. This shop in particular is staffed by amazingly helpful people. A few weeks ago I needed a jacket for a big scholarly event and they were S O N I C E to me. They helped me try on different jackets, called other stores to find different colours and sizes, offered to hold the jacket for days while I deliberated, and helped me coordinate my jacket choice with my other pieces. I love this shop and will be using it and singing it's praises for years to come 😍
