a year agoGreat! This home appliance store exceeded my expectations with its vast inventory, knowledgeable staff, and top-notch customer service. They effortlessly blend quality products with expert advice, making the shopping experience not just efficient but also enjoyable. A definite go-to for all home needs!

a year agoVisited JL and the Christmas decorations are out on the shopping floor. The trees all beautifully decorated in various teams to cater to the taste of most shoppers. There is a counter on the 1st floor to book to see Santa later on in the winter.

a month agoIt is a very nice experience here at John Lewis, lots of Brand and definitely great customer service I had from James. He was able to communicate with me in my mother tongue (French) and he was absolutely great! Gentleman! Thank you

10 months agoThis shop is good. Great feel to it, just how a JL should be. The cafe let it down though. Could not find a clean and clear table, very poor. My usual JL is Milton Keynes, which has gone so far downhill, it resembles a jumble sale.

a month agoMy family bought me a buggy bundle from the Milton Keynes store and when it arrived and we unpacked it we discovered there were boxes missing. Even though this was their error I was told to repack, return and get a refund then reorder which I refused to do as heavily pregnant. They said it would be escalated and yet when my family called to chase up, it was already put on the system that that was what was happening and apparently could not be changed. The courier collection date could not be amended like we were told so had to call again and both times I have spoken to rude, patronising women who attempted to speak over me and had no sympathy for the stress I was experiencing whilst heavily pregnant. Never using John Lewis again.
