🌟 Clarins Counter Review: John Lewis Westgate 🌟 I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at the Clarins counter in John Lewis Westgate. I was assisted by a young lady who was an absolute credit to the team. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Clarins products and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. I was particularly impressed given how busy the store was during the Black Friday rush. Despite the high volume of customers, she remained perfectly calm and professional, providing exceptional service. She was very lovely and ensured my needs were met with enthusiasm and expertise. Staff like her truly make a difference. Highly recommend visiting this counter!

I visited the Clinique counter today, Mara was really helpful and kind, she helped me to find a cream for my skin and also she gave me important suggestions for my skincare routine! I really appreciate her professionalism and the time she spent with me and I will come back soon.

I’ve visited this John Lewis a few times and the experience was always fine, but today was exceptional. Eva in the clothing section spent over an hour helping me choose scarves and gloves and even assisted with my online order. Her patience and dedication made this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Truly outstanding.

Disgusting service at Clarins, I never review but I feel this is necessary. I went into store today hoping to do Christmas shopping at Clarins & related perfume stores, but as I approached the counter I overheard one of the staff there mocking & joking about other staff members in JL. The girls on the counter show absolutely no wanting to be at work, and obviously find it more interesting to harass other staff and keep notes on other staff issues instead of concentrating on being professional. Unfortunately, this looks bad on the brand and as a result, has lost my custom today and for the future, simply because I don't feel comfortable knowing they'll potentially be talking about customers the same way they talk about staff. I hope the floor managers are keeping an eye on things as it seems standards are dropping especially as it's one of the first thing you see & hear walking in the doors. This is not a negative review for the department as a whole, as I got lovely custom previously in the store, however it makes John Lewis look bad having staff with no regard for professionalism working under their roof.
