OCCAC Lunar New Year Celebration 2026 Year of the Horse

Get ready to welcome the Year of the Horse with fun, food, and festivities at the OCCAC Lunar New Year Celebration!
🎉 Celebrate Lunar New Year 2026 with the Oxfordshire Chinese Community & Advice Centre at Oxford Town Hall on Sunday 22 February (12:30–4:00pm). Welcome the Year of the Horse with an afternoon of vibrant cultural performances and family-friendly activities.
Enjoy lion and dragon dance, martial arts, Guzheng, Jinghu and Pipa performances, Peking opera, classical poetry recital, piano, folk dances and songs. Take part in a Mini Dragon Dance Workshop and explore our New Year Market. A simple lunch is included with all tickets (spring rolls, samosas, chicken wings, noodles, sandwiches and cakes).
Exciting charity raffle prizes include restaurant vouchers and gift cards.
Early booking is recommended as tickets are limited. All proceeds support OCCAC’s community work in Oxford.
