3 weeks agoIt is a very nice experience here at John Lewis, lots of Brand and definitely great customer service I had from James. He was able to communicate with me in my mother tongue (French) and he was absolutely great! Gentleman! Thank you

2 weeks agoMy family bought me a buggy bundle from the Milton Keynes store and when it arrived and we unpacked it we discovered there were boxes missing. Even though this was their error I was told to repack, return and get a refund then reorder which I refused to do as heavily pregnant. They said it would be escalated and yet when my family called to chase up, it was already put on the system that that was what was happening and apparently could not be changed. The courier collection date could not be amended like we were told so had to call again and both times I have spoken to rude, patronising women who attempted to speak over me and had no sympathy for the stress I was experiencing whilst heavily pregnant. Never using John Lewis again.

2 months agoThis store's customer service is non-existent. I visited the store to buy a suit that I had previously tried on, expecting a relatively straightforward checkout process. However, the checkout staff were engaged in personal conversations and seemed inconvenienced by customers waiting in line. Additionally, the supervisor interrupted my transaction to discuss break times with the staff, resulting in a prolonged argument amongst the staff that lasted over 5 minutes. After I had paid, the staff expressed uncertainty about how to package the suit and attempted to fit it into small plastic bag while complaining about how "unfair" their jobs were. To top it all off, they forgot to remove the security tags. It is clear that both the checkout staff and management require training in customer service. Save yourself the hassle and just buy online.
