She listened carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and guided me toward exactly what I needed. Mara explained each product clearly and confidently, making it easy to understand how they would benefit my skin. Her recommendations were personalized and genuinely helpful, and I left feeling informed and excited about my new routine. Mara truly represents the best of Clinique. 🌟 Clarins Counter Review: John Lewis Westgate 🌟 I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at the Clarins counter in John Lewis Westgate. I was assisted by a young lady who was an absolute credit to the team. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Clarins products and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. I was particularly impressed given how busy the store was during the Black Friday rush. Despite the high volume of customers, she remained perfectly calm and professional, providing exceptional service. She was very lovely and ensured my needs were met with enthusiasm and expertise. Staff like her truly make a difference. Highly recommend visiting this counter!

I visited the Clinique counter today, Mara was really helpful and kind, she helped me to find a cream for my skin and also she gave me important suggestions for my skincare routine! I really appreciate her professionalism and the time she spent with me and I will come back soon.

I would like to shout out Blu @Benefit counter, helping and talking through foundations. Blu was amazing, attentive and did not just brush me off. She helped me pick the new foundation and concealer. She took time to talk through skin tones and how to apply the foundation. After going to other counters in other shops, this was the first time someone actually wanted to help. Thank you Blu for making an older woman, feel good about herself again ☺️

We waited 15 minutes to be served for hot drinks in the Cafe. There was only 1 person taking orders and serving and unfortunately it was clearly evident she was not enjoying her job! The hot chocolates were also not worth the wait. The whole set-up in the cafe needs to be addressed. The cafe on the ground floor of the store is so much better and is independent to John Lewis.
