🌟 Clarins Counter Review: John Lewis Westgate 🌟 I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at the Clarins counter in John Lewis Westgate. I was assisted by a young lady who was an absolute credit to the team. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Clarins products and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. I was particularly impressed given how busy the store was during the Black Friday rush. Despite the high volume of customers, she remained perfectly calm and professional, providing exceptional service. She was very lovely and ensured my needs were met with enthusiasm and expertise. Staff like her truly make a difference. Highly recommend visiting this counter!

Anne was amazing!! Came in a few days ago, she was so helpful and advised me so well on the best lights for my studio and was super attentive checking the stock room for me and managed to get everything I wanted!! Super happy with my experience thank you so much💗 xxx

DON’T TRADE-IN AT THE JOHN LEWIS! I sent a fully functioning laptop for their trade-in service, but they wrote back that my device has display issues and sent me back my laptop with cracked display that wasn't there before. Apparently, they damaged during transportation I assume. Update: They denied responsibility when I emailed them and said the crack was already there. I went to the store in Westgate where I left my laptop in person, and the manager checked the cameras and confirmed that I gave them a fully functioning laptop, meaning they damaged it during transportation. We're currently resolving this situation, as they said they'll TRY(!) to fix it.
